At Zoéf_, we believe in timeless pieces. Items you’ll wear and cherish for years to come.
Choosing consciously is always better for the future. But we understand: sometimes, something just isn’t quite right.
You’re welcome to return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
- Products must be returned in the original packaging, including any dust bags or garment covers.
- We cannot process returns that fall outside these conditions.
A note on packaging
We encourage you to treat the packaging with care.
If it’s returned in good condition, there’s a chance it can be reused. A small step toward a more mindful future.
Register your return
To initiate a return, please email info@zoef-label.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send you the return instructions.
How to return
- Repack the item(s) securely in the original shipping box
- Include the packing slip or order confirmation.
- Send the parcel using a trackable shipping service.
- Keep your tracking code as proof. Zoéf_ is not liable for lost return shipments.
Return shipping
- Return shipping costs are not covered by Zoéf_.
- Exchanges are not available at this time. Please place a new order if needed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
